Krzysztof is a director in the real estate team of PwC in Poland specializing in consulting projects relating to real estate. He received his masters degree in accounting from the University of Gdańsk and completed post graduate studies in property appraisal at the Warsaw Technical University. He holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, is a RICS member and is a property broker. Before joining PwC he gained his experience in one of the leading brokerage agencies in the Tricity as well as a residential developer from the same region, where he was responsible for the price policy of on-going and future developments. Krzysztof’s main area of expertise consists of highest and best use studies and restructuring and optimization projects. He also takes part in a number of strategy development projects, where he acts the role of an industry expert. He closely cooperates with technical and engineering companies to propose a target development strategy including: size, function, standard, phasing.
Krzysztof has performed numerous highest and best use studies of centrally located projects in the capital and most regional cities of Poland as well as Georgia, Slovenia, Lithuania. He also supported clients on strategic advisory projects in the hotel, residential and commercial property sectors.
