Marcin Bużański is a Political Scientist, currently serving as President of Globalny Lider.PL, Senior Advisor at the Pulaski Foundation and Warsaw Security Forum and Partner at IGD group.
His work focuses on foreign and security policy, especially the role of international organizations (EU and UN in particular), conflicts and crises and international development. For several years he worked with the United Nations on planning and implementation of policy and programmes for post-conflict state-building. He has worked with the UN at headquarters in New York and Geneva, on Africa and Middle East Regions, as well as in Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan, Liberia and concerning projects in Central Asia among others.
He graduated from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York as well as from the Institute for International Affairs and the Centre for Europe– both Departments of the University of Warsaw.
