Project Partners International
John Banka is the founder and managing partner of Project Partners International which provides real estate investors and tenants in Poland and CEE with development, leasing, transaction and property financing advisory. Prior to establishing Project Partners in 2017, John Banka was a partner at Colliers Poland for 14 years, working as co-head of the Investment Group and later, as head of Development Advisory Services.
Before moving to Poland in 1995 he worked as a city planner with the City of Chicago Department of Economic Development and as a project director at the Public Development Corporation of New York City. John Banka graduated with honors and baccalaureate degree from Furman University in South Carolina, received a Master of Urban Planning & Policy degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute Poland Executive Committee and founder/past chairman of ULI Poland.
