Karolina Sulma is the director of the legal department at Skanska’s office unit and is responsible for the legal team which coordinates the process of land parcel purchases, development of office projects and real estate sales transactions as well as provides support during negotiations conducted with tenants. Furthermore, Karolina also co-operates with the Board of the unit and Skanska's Regional Directors who are responsible for seven office markets in Poland. In Skanska Commercial Development Europe Karolina provides support for the transaction department throughout the CEE region, on the markets in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary.
Karolina joined the firm’s legal department in June 2013. In 2015, she was appointed Transaction Manager of the Legal Department at Skanska Property Poland.
Karolina graduated from law studies at Jagiellonian University. She also completed post-graduate studies in banking and is an alumnus of the American Law School at Jagiellonian University. She completed her attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Karolina has gained experience in her field by working at a number of renowned legal firms.
Between 2005 and 2007, Arbjan was Policy Director at MJAFT, and between 2003 and 2005, he was MJAFT's Communications Director.
Before joining MJAFT, Arbjan ran the Albanian National Debate Association for three years, coordinating the debate programmes of Albania's universities and high schools.
